This was my 2nd stay, they offered family queen room. It had a peaceful and decent location - a walking distance from Bannatyne Health Club & Spa. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a peaceful area.

The room was ice-cold, and the heating was turned off while we were out. With a huge gap above the door letting in the chill and noise, it felt like trying to sleep outdoors. Really disappointing experience overall.

We loved the friendly vibe here! The location was super convenient - just a short walk to the beach and local attractions, which made our romantic getaway easy and fun. The breakfast included was decent, with eggs and beans on toast being a nice touch. Plus, the host was really helpful, providing us with tips on where to go and what to see.

The room was quite cramped and not very cozy. The double bed didn't even have a headboard, making it awkward to sit up, and there was no chair to relax in. We also faced some noise issues from nearby bars, which disturbed our peace. it wasn’t the romantic escape we’d hoped for.

The service was accommodating when we needed extra towels.

The heating in our room was inadequate. It was freezing even with the heating on. The bedding provided was thin, leaving us feeling uncomfortable throughout the night.
